Account deletion

If you decide to permanently close and delete your account:

• We will require verification of your identity for security reasons before we can proceed with your request.
• Once your request is processed, all of your personal information will be permanently erased, with the exception of specific data that we are legally obligated to retain.
• Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated, and you will not be able to recover any of your data or regain access. If you wish to use Sinbad in the future, you will need to create a new account. For more information on exercising your data subject rights, please refer to our guidelines.
