Your Sinbad wallet address is a unique identifier associated with your account on the Sinbad mobile app. It serves as your digital address on the Polygon Network, enabling you to send, receive, and hold USDC and USDT securely.

To find your Sinbad wallet address, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Sinbad mobile app on your device.
  2. Log in to your account using your registered credentials.
  3. Once logged in, navigate to the "Add money" section within the app.
  4. In funding options, you will find your USDC or USDT address displayed in the detail page. It typically begins with "0x" and is followed by a combination of letters and numbers.

It's essential to note that your Sinbad wallet address is specific to the Polygon network and should only be used within the Sinbad app and other Polygon-compatible platforms.

Which network does Sinbad support?

Sinbad does not offer support for any digital asset other than USDC and USDT on any other blockchain networks.

Sending USDC or USDT to your Sinbad receive address using an unsupported network such as ERC-20, BEP or ARB will result in permanent loss of funds.

Sinbad can not retrieve or refund tokens sent to your receiving address that have been sent on an unsupported blockchain network.

⚠️ This applies to withdrawing funds from Sinbad as well. Please make sure to only send funds to an address using the Polygon network.
